| Robot Charactertic | This is the experiment tool project for STEM classroom. I design and mke the customized OpenCM9.04 experiment board for learning and rapid prototyping purpose. The OpenCM9.04 controlelr board is not only thr controller board for driving dynamixel actuator. It is 32-bit microcontroller circuit board. We can learn about programming, electronic circuit, interfacing real world devices and more. The OpenLAB is created for helping in experiment about using the OpenCM-9.04 in other applications. Features : O Socket for pluging the OpenCM9.04 board O Connectors for interfacing with AX series and XL-320 actuator O +5V and +3.3V regulator circuut on board. O Free 22 I/O header pin for construction the interface circuit O 8 I/O JST connectors type support I2C bus, UART, ADC and PWM O Piezo speaker circuit O 0 to +3.3V analog voltage source for ADC experiment O 4-digit 7-segment LED with multiplexing circuit O 4-input active low switch with resistor pull-up connection O 8-LED monitor. Active logic is high. O Real-time clock circuit with MCP7940 O Pulse generator circuit with 4 fixed frequencies : 1, 10, 100Hz and 1kHz O 12-bit DAC circuit with MCP4922 O 16x2 LCD module interfacing circuit O 800-point breadboard for construction circuit Development story : I design board for education purpose. Design the PCB by using Protel Advance PCB software. Etching, drill many holes, make the overlay of board to print on the sticker and attached on the component side of PCB. Then solder all components and cut legs. Next, plug the OpenCM9.04 on socket.Test about power supply, LED, Input Switch, LED monitors and downloading example code from computer to run.
